为纪念以民谣兴打令而著称的天安三岔口而建造的公园。天安三岔口自古以来北通首尔；南达庆尚道大邱和庆州；西到全罗道论山、光州及木浦，是三南大路的分岔口。天安三岔口公园目前所在的位置距古时的三岔口约有500米的距离。
