济州岛内历史最悠久的建筑物之一的观德亭是宝物第322号，是世宗30年(1448)牧使辛淑晴为了训练士兵而创建的。
观德取义为“射箭的人平时修身养性，训练德行”，观德亭的梁柱上刻画着十长生图，赤壁大捷图，大狩猎图等格调较高的壁画，观德亭的匾额是安平大君流传下来的亲笔题字。 |
